Toggle switches turn something on and off in alternating sequences. Toggle switches keep the electrical circuit intact and let the current pass through if the switch is in the "on"? position. In the switch is in the "off"? position, it breaks the electrical circuit which stops the current from flowing. Sierra toggle switches offer a variety of switching functions features, SPDT, SPST, DPDT, DPST. Some have an illuminated handle and some are lit just through the tip of the handle. Toggle switches are also available with screw or blade terminals, or with attached wire leads.
